BUYER RESOURCE
OEM and Private-Label Bird Scarer Kites
Private label development involves the complete product range: model selection, component compatibility, replacement strategy, artwork, instructions, barcodes, packed dimensions and master-carton presentation.
STEP 01
Build a small, clear range
Start with the customer and price position for each system. A focused range can combine standard and foldable models, alternative pole specifications and replacement-kite packs without creating unnecessary inventory complexity.
STEP 02
Separate product artwork from packaging artwork
Kite printing, pole logos, labels, instruction sheets, retail boxes and carton marks may require different files and approval steps. Keep version names and approval records clear.
STEP 03
Design the replacement-item plan
Distributors should decide whether replacement kites, lines and other compatible components will be sold separately. This affects labels, product codes, instructions and reorder planning.
STEP 04
Approve a written specification
Before production, confirm model dimensions, materials or construction references, component quantities, artwork placement, packaging, inspection requirements and shipment marks in one controlled specification.
