STEP 01

Define the intended sales channel

A farm-supply distributor, pest-control contractor and retail brand may require different packed lengths, instructions, spare items and presentation. State the target market and estimated order volume before requesting a quotation.

• Customer type and country
• Expected model mix and quantity
• Retail, contractor or bulk packaging
• Required languages and carton marks

STEP 02

Compare complete systems

Confirm the kite model, pole construction, pole length, connection head, ground fixing and flying line together. A low kite-only price does not describe the cost or compatibility of the complete system.

• Kite dimensions and folded dimensions
• Pole length, colour and wall specification
• Stake diameter or ground-plate option
• Line type, length and swivel arrangement

STEP 03

Confirm OEM work before production

Logo position, colour, artwork format, instruction sheet, barcode and packaging should appear in the written specification. Approve the print proof or sample before volume production.

• Individual and master-carton packaging
• Approval responsibility and revision record

STEP 04

Request commercial details in writing

MOQ, mixed-model rules, lead time, Incoterm, payment terms and inspection expectations should be confirmed in the formal quotation. Apollo uses bank wire / T/T after quotation acceptance and issue of a Proforma Invoice.
