For qualifying customers purchasing Apollo bird scarer kite systems, additional China-sourced bird-control products are quoted at the verified domestic procurement cost × 1.05. The 5% is a cost-protection allowance intended to cover procurement coordination and transaction risk, rather than a conventional product markup. Freight, taxes, testing and special inspection costs are quoted separately where applicable.
