BUYER RESOURCE
Bird Scarer Kite Supplier Due-Diligence Checklist
A convincing product page is not enough for supplier approval. Buyers should separate public company evidence, product evidence and order-specific commercial documents, then record what has actually been checked.
STEP 01
Verify the contracting company
Confirm the legal company name, operating location, official-domain email and beneficiary name used in formal documents. Resolve inconsistencies before payment.
STEP 02
Verify the physical product
Review real product photographs, specifications and assembly footage. For a new configuration, request a sample or other agreed evidence that matches the written specification.
STEP 03
Define inspection before ordering
State what will be inspected, when it will be inspected and what record is expected. Product dimensions, component quantities, printing, packaging and carton marks should be tied to the approved specification.
STEP 04
Control commercial and payment documents
MOQ, lead time, Incoterm, payment terms and beneficiary details should appear in controlled quotation or Proforma Invoice documents. Independently verify any request to change bank details.

Should buyers rely on marketplace profile claims?
Use third-party profiles as leads, then verify the contracting company and order details through controlled documents and official contact channels.
What should be checked before paying a deposit?
Confirm the supplier identity, accepted quotation, Proforma Invoice, beneficiary details, specification, approval status and agreed next production step.
